Return Policy

Defective products may be returned for credit where the original manufacturer provides such conditions. Products ordered incorrectly may be returned if shipped back within 30 days. Any returned items must be in the original packaging and in new, unused condition. There shall be a restocking of 15% for items ordered incorrectly. Any freight damage to shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All returns must have Returns Goods Authorization (RGA). To obtain an RGA, please contact us.

Credit Card Charges

Orders placed on this website require use of a valid credit card. When you submit your order electronically your credit card will immediately be billed for the appropriate amount. You will receive an order confirmation to assure you that your order has been placed.

Our company does not retain your credit card information. On subsequent orders you will be required to resubmit your credit card information. All credit card transactions are completed using Secure Server technology for your protection.

Privacy Policy

We respect your expectations of privacy when providing information to our company. We will not share, sell or otherwise provide non-public information to any third parties without your written consent with the exceptions of information requested by courts of law, by law enforcement agencies, or as required for third parties to support our company in providing products and services as part of our contract with our client. Any information provided to our company will be handled with an appropriate level of discretion and confidentiality. 

We encourage customer feedback. We reserve the right to use customer comments provided via this website in marketing materials, advertising and promotions. When using any feedback or customer photos we will not use a customers full name or disclose contact information such as street address, e-mail address or phone numbers. 

Our website does not utilize tracking cookies or download any programs to your computer. Use of this website will not cause unsolicited contact from our company. We appreciate your trust in our company’s commitment to protecting your privacy.
